![]() Every curve can be a dynamic EQ as well, which is a massive bonus if you didn't have one already.įor quick low passes and stuff, I still use EQ Eight (especially since it doesn't have its own window so I can immediately see the cut in the effects chain when I come back). It can then use this to overlay spectra on top of each other and show areas where frequencies may be clashing, which is great for me since I love layering up those pads and can get them cleaner than I ever could unassisted. Pro Q has its own internal routing system as well so it can receive audio from other instances in the same project without using sends. Easy to see how each setting affects the curve, and easy to AB changes to really test the difference. I never liked EQ Eight's grayscale UI, and found Pro Q's to be a world of difference. ![]() ![]() But it's so much easier to work with and has so many features I didn't even know I needed. ![]()
